The Fascinating Science Behind Whole Foods Plant Based Eating

60% of chronic disease is preventable with a healthy lifestyle! How does a Whole Foods Plant Based (WFPB) lifestyle prevent and reverse heart disease, diabetes, obesity, inflammatory bowel and joint disease, skin problems and more?

There are thousands of studies, including population studies, prospective studies and randomized trials that show the benefits of a whole foods plant based lifestyle in keeping us healthy and energetic. It is clear that this way of eating reduces the risk for high blood pressure, heart disease, strokes, diabetes, obesity, inflammatory and irritant bowel issues, Alzheimer’s and even some cancers. It can even help treat and reverse diabetes, obesity, cardiovascular disease, acne, chronic pain among multiple other conditions. How can it do all that? Basically, you’re putting in the foods that have all the nutrients your body needs to function, grow and repair; and you’re leaving out the damaging animal products and processed food that cause all of these chronic conditions.

These conditions are not “just something that happens”, or “the result of aging”.  Read about the science that helps us understand why whole foods plant based eating is so important:
